At Elyraa, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


📅 Return & Exchange Window

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Only one return or exchange per order is allowed.
  • Apply via: My Orders → Order Details → Return/Exchange

📦 Packaging Notice

  • We ship only in Elyraa-branded poly mailers.
  • Do not accept tampered or resealed parcels.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • All items (including freebies) must be returned together.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/defective claims.

🛠️ Damaged / Incorrect Product

  • Share unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
  • No shipping fee will be charged for verified damaged or incorrect items.

🚚 Pickup Process

  • Reverse pickup arranged within 24–48 hours after approval.
  • Self-shipping may be required if pickup is unavailable.

💰 Charges

  • ₹150 shipping & pickup fee will be deducted from refund.
  • No charge for damaged or incorrect products.

💳 Refund Process

  • Product reaches warehouse in 5–7 business days.
  • After verification, a payment link will be sent to your registered number.
  • Refund can be withdrawn via Bank Transfer or UPI.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange allowed for size, color, or style (subject to availability).
  • Price difference (if any) must be paid.

📝 Final Notes

  • All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Elyraa reserves the right to reject any return that does not follow the policy.
  • All decisions made by Elyraa will be final.
