🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Elyraa

At Elyraa, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

📅 Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Only one return or exchange per order is allowed.
To initiate a request, go to My Orders → Order Details → Return/Exchange.

📦 Packaging Notice

Every order is securely packed in Elyraa-branded tamper-evident poly mailers.
If the parcel appears tampered, opened, or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
If you accept the parcel and later discover damage, you must share a clear unboxing video along with product photos.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
All items, including freebies, must be returned together.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product claims.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share a clear unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, your return or exchange will be processed without any handling charges.

🚚 Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours after your request is approved.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may self-ship the product to us.
Courier charges up to ₹150 will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt for approved cases.

💰 Return & Exchange Charges

A flat ₹150 handling fee per order applies to customer-initiated returns and exchanges. This covers pickup, quality inspection, and processing.

No handling fee will be charged if:

You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
You received a defective product.

💳 Refund Process

Returned products usually reach our warehouse within 5–7 business days.
After a successful quality inspection, a secure payment link will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Refunds can be withdrawn via Bank Transfer or UPI.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Size and color changes are eligible for exchange only, subject to stock availability.
Exchanges for style are also subject to availability.
Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Refunds are not applicable for size or color preference changes.

📝 Important Notes

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Claims for damaged or incorrect products without an unboxing video may not be approved.
Elyraa reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above policy.
The final decision regarding all return and exchange requests rests with Elyraa.
